Shop-floor engineers who got tired of typing dimensions.
GALGA was born in Valencia, among moulds, injection moulding and dimensional inspection. We built it to solve a problem we lived with every week: copying by hand into a spreadsheet what is already in the customer’s 3D model.
The problem
Hours of work that add nothing.
A new model arrives and the usual routine begins: open it, number every dimension, copy it into Excel, place the balloons and type it all again for the PPAP and the CMM. Hours per part number, always in a rush, and an error waiting to surface in the customer’s audit.
What we have built
Read the data once, at the source.
GALGA reads the model PMI or the drawing dimensions and delivers, in minutes, the numbered list, the ballooned drawing, the PPAP Excel, the FAI form and the file for the CMM. All with the same numbering and without the files leaving your computer. Your team stops copying and focuses on what needs judgement: reviewing and measuring.

Adolfo Ortega
Founder
Mechanical engineer (design and manufacturing) with more than twenty years in demanding manufacturing: Formula 1, semiconductors, aerospace, defence and automotive, in Spain, Italy, the Netherlands and the UK. He has prepared first articles, designed moulds and fixtures, and answered to the customer for what is delivered. GALGA is the tool he wishes he had had on every one of those launches.
No salespeople in between: support comes from the person who develops GALGA.
