WHAT'S NEW
What changes in every version.
GALGA PMI is in its pilot phase. Here is what each version brings, and what is not there yet.
Versions 0.22 to 0.24.1 · October 2026
- Mould review: slides (angle pin, locking heel and stroke) and sub gates (tip, cone and minimum Ø).
- General tolerance: ISO 20457:2026, with the edition the drawing cites, and a warning when ISO 2768 is applied to a plastic part. If the drawing declares none, the customer profile or the standard one applies, always with a warning to confirm it.
- Audit of integrity and confidentiality before every release.
Versions 0.15.2 to 0.21 · October 2026
- Mould review: conformal channels, minimum water flow, moulding areas without nearby cooling, water near slides and inserts, thin steel, buckling ejector pins, draft for texture and venting by material.
- Gauges and poka-yokes: the part turned 180° and clamps pushing the part sideways.
- Tool record: ID with check character, STEP fingerprint, technical status and part revision, in JSON and Excel.
Version 0.15 · October 2026
- The part inside the mould, measured on the exact model: minimum local draft with the area below it, sharp inner edges, steel left inside the part after the 3D operations, and ejectors too close to the edge.
- Every check states how much it evaluated. If it evaluated nothing, it comes out as a failure, never as passed.
- Distances from the water to the moulding surface are measured on the exact model, not on the mesh.
Versions 0.13.8 to 0.14 · October 2026
- Verifiable closure of every finding of the mould review.
- Mould acceptance sheet with the SHA-256 fingerprint of every file, and technical record of the mould.
- Your mould manual in the review: every finding shows its section.
- Hot runner, standard parts recognised by their geometry and matched to your catalogue, correction loops T0, T1… and the toolmaker's quote against the delivered mould.
- 3-2-1 alignment plan from the PMI datums for the scanner or CT.
- Every balloon in the Excel opens its characteristic in the 3D viewer.
Versions 0.12 to 0.13 · October 2026
- Review of checking fixtures and gauges against the part PMI.
- Part version change: where it changes, which datums it touches, which version the mould is made on and which steel parts must be reworked.
Versions 0.9 to 0.11 · October 2026
- Automatic 2D mould drawings: every part with its function and every hole with what it does, cooling layout and machining hours.
- Live 3D mould drawing and automatic review before the drawings are released.
- CAD navigation and 3D mouse in every viewer.
Version 0.8.10 · October 2026
- Results sheet for the German EMPB, in German, with i.O. / n.i.O. calculated.
- The program contains no network code: the buy button opens your browser through the operating system.
Version 0.8.9 · October 2026
- New name: GALGA PMI.
- Units in every value column of the PPAP, AS9102 and control plan sheets.
- Visible draft notice on every sheet until Quality approves it.
Versions 0.8.6 to 0.8.8 · September 2026
- Viewer and report in Spanish, English, German, French, Italian and Portuguese.
- General tolerances (DIN 16742, ISO 20457, ISO 2768) from the table each customer loads: the program never invents standard values.
- Automatic «no leaks» test before every release: the viewer opens with no network requests and no output reveals which folder the file came from.
Versions 0.8.1 to 0.8.5 · September 2026
- Location of every characteristic on the part, with the affected face highlighted and its coordinates.
- 2D drawing views with balloons and feature control frames in the report.
- Report in your company's name, with your logo.
Coming next

- Measurements shown on the 3D model (Halo mode), in development with pilot customers.
- The submarine gate measured automatically and checked against the filling report.
- QIF tested with the main measuring machines.
- Export in the format of toolroom management programs.
