What data we process and why

The drawings and models you send us for the service are not personal data: we handle them under the confidentiality agreement and delete them within 30 days of delivery at the latest. We do no profiling, make no automated decisions and send no advertising without your permission.
Who else sees it
No one, except the providers we need to operate, under a data processing agreement: email (DonDominio, in Spain), website hosting (Cloudflare, Inc.) and meeting booking (Google). The last two may process data in the United States; they participate in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission considers adequate. We do not sell or share data with anyone.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to privacy@galgatech.com. We reply within one month at the latest. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or to your local authority.
Cookies
This website uses no cookies and no analytics or advertising tools. The sample 3D viewer stores only its display preferences in your browser (local storage) so you do not have to set them again; it never leaves your computer and you can delete it from your browser. The web server logs technical data of each visit (IP address, browser, page) to serve the site and protect it from attacks; we do not use it to identify you.
The software
The GALGA software works on your computer and sends us no models, drawings, reports or usage data.
