What leaves your PC: nothing.

We say it precisely because it is the first thing a quality or IT manager asks. This is what the program does and what we do.

With the licence: the program on your PC

It does not connect to the internet to work: it reads, numbers and generates the reports on your computer.
It sends no models, drawings, reports or usage data. There is no telemetry.
The licence is a digitally signed file checked on the computer itself, without calling any server. It works on air-gapped machines.
Every report carries the SHA-256 fingerprint of the source file, so anyone can check which exact file it came from.
Results are saved wherever you choose: your disk, a network folder or your quality system.
Updates are installed manually, when you decide. The only external link is the buy button, which opens your browser if you click it.

With the service: you send us the part

We sign the NDA before we receive anything.
We process your files on our own computers, with the same program. Never in cloud services or with third-party tools.
Only the engineer doing the work has access. We do not use your files for anything else.
We delete the files within 30 days of delivery at the latest and, if you ask, confirm it in writing.

Data protection

GALGA operates from Spain and applies the GDPR. The program processes no personal data. In the service, the only personal data are the contact details of the person who sends the part. If your company needs one, we sign a data processing agreement.

What we will not claim

We do not hold security certifications such as TISAX or ISO 27001, and we do not imply otherwise. That is why the program is built so you do not need them: with the licence, your data stays inside your network and you add no supplier that processes it.

Does it work on a PC without internet?

Do you keep copies of my parts?

With the licence, we never see them. With the service, we delete them within 30 days at the latest.
